Velocity Performance is a higher-volume group training program designed for athletes who want to train across two Endurance Sports while maintaining structure, balance, and recovery.

Athletes can combine any two sports (Running, Swimming, or Cycling) within a structured monthly plan. Sessions are coach-led, progressive, and aligned with performance goals, making this program ideal for competitive and time-conscious athletes.
